I priced alot of upgrades for the Busa with different places and dealerships and could not believe the difference the cost was for BETTER STUFF with Spencer Cylce. They were the only place that was able to get things that were not in stock the next day (most of the stuff was in stock).  They are local so I figured I would give them a shot and I am soo glad I did.  Customer service (Glenn) was top notch.  I had a lot of questions about different products and they took the time to walk me through everything even after I bought the stuff.  They are not a large organization like some others, and I feel that is why I got treated the way I did, they are not all about commission and numbers, they just seem like they want their customers happy end of story.  I highly recommend if you are looking to purchase upgrades for your bike.
