05 K1 Wheel's on a busa

I just got a smokin deal on a set of 05 K1 wheels and rotor's.

1.  Now my first question is what do I need to make them fit on my 04 busa?

2. Will the stock rotor's work? I think they might be to small.

2. Spacer's? Where and how thick?

Any help greatly appreciated!

Saves you 8# over stock busa wheels. It is some work but it's not to bad.
