Here's how i see it:  1000's are TRACK bikes and Hayabusa's are sport bikes that you can ride comfortably at high rates of speed for long distances..  They are really apples and oranges....  !!

It did.  The car was catching him after 160 and it was much lower HP then than it is now...

so has he upgraded the car any more? so how bad did the 1397 smoke him?
and just out of curiosity what mods would be necessary on a gixxer or busa to beat him

a $150,000 car with probably $60-$80k in upgrades had BETTER beat damn near EVERYTHING!!!

very sweet machine, but ill stick with spending $30k on a faster bike ;)

The car has made over 1000hp to the rear wheels, Now it has a different engine built to handle the boost they are gonna throw at it. They are expecting around 1400 at the rear wheels....

nice run chris! Bet the lil impersonator at the end of the last video wasn't crackin jokes to well when the bike proved it wasn't just talk. Face was probably longer then the drivers. :D

1400 at the wheels will be impressive....providing he can put it to the ground without spinning like that run at the drag strip. Hopefully you guys can get a nice Turbo busa to pop by too. Amazing how ego's and minds change when the bikes come packing boost (Vegas supra meet anyone?). 8)

210-215

It seemed closer to 200 on pump gas when i rode it.  Felt weaker than mine below 6000 but stronger up top due to ported head.  It ran good for sure.

I have dyno sheets to  prove this combo make that  power. But i cannot prove it for this bike so i guess its just left at that .

I'm working to try and meet up with him in the next month. We'll see if it happens. With cars like that, there is always a good chance that it'll be in the shop shoring up whatever the weakest link in the system is when the time rolls around.

I have my fingers crossed.
