put my 2006 gsxr 1000 turbo on the dyno today it made some power 312hp

I have a little stage one velocity it didnt make enough power so thats when i added nitrous. i have to be careful with it because it went lean on me i have to work on it got to get more fuel

     Sounds like your getting it pretty dialed in, Good luck w/ that 1000...........

   maybe you will make the good #'s when you put a stg.2 on it. I'm making 411hp at 22lbs of boost with no spray probably in the 450 range on the spray. but don't run the nos very much! just got back from valdosta today only got one good pass but spun on the big end went 5.24 in the 1/8th though with a 1.23 60 foot.

05turbo100 was the guy that tried to ride it on the side. He is Ok except for some real bad looking strawberries and bruises. He is going to be a sore guy tomorrow. I give him credit he got back on the beast and did 2 more runs, no time posted but it looked real good off the line.

that is a killer 60!!!  What do you run for mph in the 1/4 and 1/8th?  Time in the 1/4?  Got to be running 7's.

That is some serious hp keith11432003 your bike looked awsome at the track at valdosta i just had bad luck over there but i will get everything worked out as for the turbo I like the small one I don't have to have a boost controller if anything im going to put more nitrous on it and use a pergressive on it I the only reason i have not did it because im working on the fuel system. I think I can make 350 to 400 like that.

   Hated to see you sliding down the track! that is never a good thing. You could probably make 400 with a wet nitrous kit on top of the turbo safely. Dry nos would be way to risky unless you are going to take a lot of timing out and add alot of fuel when you spray it. I'm only running a 16 nitrous jet in my turbo intake. but have never really needed to use it. everytime i have used it it will break loose. I just want to get the busa right especially since it's making over 500 hp on 30lbs of boost. but have to get the gearing right before i will even think about putting that much to it. Hoping to have it in the low 7's when it's right. I have the ams 1000 on it and love it. Ordering one for my 1000 this week.

  It is a 05 1000 i have been running it for over a year. But i pull the motor down once a month and check everything out and freshen it up if there is alot of wear. So far everything has always looked really good. But i don't usually turn the boost over 15lbs unless i just want to really put a good # down. Usually run 8.25-8.50 on 15lbs of boost. best mph in the 1/4 so far is 189 and usually run between 138-147 in the 1/8

  you need to add alot more fuel. It will not last long at 13.1 it should be more like 11-11;7.1 turbo's will not  last at 13;1 that is piston melting #'s. and if you are running 30's on each cyl? that should be around a 125 hp. shot. Cause when my busa was a nitrous bike i was running 32 nos and 30 fuel but i was running 6lbs fuel pressure to the cyl. and that = out to 145hp shot.if you want to add more fuel you need a rissing rate fmu that is adjustable. when i was running a stk. fuel rail as main fuel for the turbo i ran a 12:1 fmu. which basically the fuel would rise 12lbs to every lb. off boost produced forcing the injectors open, suppling plenty of fuel. but know i run the piggy back computer with the third row of injectors.and i adjust the fuel with the piggy back computer off of the boost reference.

All i have is 1 fogger in the intake  I have 100% of the injectors opening at 5000 the fmu is screwed all the in I can put a bigger fuel jet in the fogger.

   Don't know where you are getting your info? But i have one that has been a turbo for 3 years and still going strong, as long as you do normal maint. and build them right  ou will not have all these so called problems!!!!I normally run my turbos for at least a 100 or more passes before checking them, and have yet to find any sever wear. normal wear conditions. But i do run a oil pan baffle high press. valve and gear, which has made the diff.

    So if anyone is wanting to turbo a 1000 go for it!!! just don't try to cut corners and it will last. And change your oil after a weekend at the track.
