whats the limit on jet size before you must richen fuel injection
the kits you see for sale say injectors richen from cool nitrous i
guess thats why the jets that come w/it are small

Ran a 50 shot on mine no problems,  all stock.  All you need is a nozzle,  solenoid, bottle, and 2 sections of braided line,  instant 50 hp,  just use a pc to ad fuel,  I pulled a little timing out just to be safe.

How much would u pump the bars up?

depends on the shot. 2 or 3 bars on a decent size like 40-60hp. this is on a stock motor not a biggun like yours :P
if you go  in on a laptop what would the percetage be on the high side like on 100 percent throttle. i think schintz racing says 12 to 15 percent for a 40 shot. please correct me if i am wrong

80-100%throttle,12-15%on the lap top for 45shot .they recommend 100% throttle but if using wideopen throttle switch some people miscalculate the limit percentage.. .

Could you run a 15-20 shot without richening it up at all if your bike is tuned for 13:1 AF? Looking for how small of a jet I can run on the horn button just for screwing around and getting a couple bikes on my buddys on the highway.

I'd prolly dial down the a/f to 12.8:1 or something a tad richer however you might be ok though. Also, position the air temp sensor inside the airbox closer to the nozzle.

What do you thing of this set up for safety.  I have a stock motor with large airbox mod I use a number 46 funnel jet with nylon lines.  I have an MPS fast FI box for instant rich.  I run 167 hp all motor and 222 hp on spray.  That is a net yield of 55 hp on my set up.  I don't have the dyno printout in front of me but from what I remember it leans out quite a bit once I hit the button.  Is this safe? or am I pushing the limit?  any advice would help.

Sorry for the thread high jack, but it was related.  Thanks to all.
