Sept. 24 —  He contacted me to brag, this e-mailer named Kenneth. Said he had seen a story I’d done called “True confessions of an eBay criminal,” about a 15-year old who managed to steal a few thousand dollars online. And Kenneth was offended. “He’s an insult to each and every one of us scam artists,” Kenneth wrote. “I could tell you stories.” And so he did. Kenneth claims he’s spent the past two years as one of eBay’s most notorious scammers. Here’s how he does it.

He makes a living doing this shit?! how the hell did you get 7k+ posts by the way? Ive been here for almost a year and I barely got 600.

friggin grifters.  i like the quote, the morons are new, but the questions are the same.

He caught the board in a state of non-denial posting based on time frequency. Didn't last long and you had to be on the ball.

He used Perl and I used PHP. Before I had a chance to debug my program and run it, Dennis imposed the time between posts limit.

Oh well... at least I know all my posts are honest... eh Nil? Heh, heh...

Ive been hit by one of those damn Ebay scammers. I didnt fall for it though.. As soon as they sent me an email saying, "Your account will be shut down unless you supply password/ username, blah blah...."

 I went straight to Ebay and informed them. A day later, I got an email saying they officially blocked that scammer from Ebay through that paticular computer from that country and they wished everyone would rush to them in a case like this because Ebay only has a short time limit to shut them down before they have no trace. I didnt feel totally satisfied, because I wish I couldve got my own hands on that bastard for even tryn' something like that... heheh  

I HATE THIEVES AND SCAMMERS!!!!!
