I heard these work like a power commander but they are more adjustable. Do they work good and who makes them?

I think that it is the same thing as the Techlusion box that has been discussed here recently.

Yea , the fuel nanny is the same as the TFI, works very good, its screw driver adjustable, in several ranges of operation and rpm. very simple, no computer needed, I'v had one on my bike aprox. six months or so, dragracing, many passes, works great. And if you make a performane change, pipes, cam ect. you can adjust it until you feel satisfied, or dyno if you want, but you dont have to spend the money and build a custom map or try to modify one.The beauty is its simplicity. but there is no timing adjustment, but its also cheaper.$189retail

Just do a search for "fuel nanny" or "TFI" or "Techlusion Fuel Injection" .I dont know off the top of my head what the web address is. You should'nt have any trouble finding it.
