Stick with what you know if you are going to spend ya hard earned money, brock gen3, ti frorce, big bird, arkapovic and muzzy is all decent pipes  and show decent gains on stock motors. the hard choice is the sound. you can find a generic map on the boards for any of these exhaust and brock sends one with his pipe

i used to have an acra evo on my 03 with small box mod all short stalks,bmc race and power commander usb 3...it produced 162 corrected hp on a superflow dyno with very fat low and middle...

for some reason i switched to ti-force (non sumo) with everything else the same and the hp droped 5-7 hp everywhere(max 153.4)...i tried several custom maps i had but nothing serious happend...i tried AF ratios from 12-1 up to 13.5-1 but no luck...i'm  puzzled...it just does not want to work...

exact same thing happened on a bone stock gixxer 1000 k4...full akra evo 162,full ti-force 154...

mine is a 04 with a tiforce non sumo.With small airbox mod,mapped with pc3usb it made 169.7hp sae on a dj250i.
