05 gsxr 1k rear spring

where is a good place to buy and get info on what pound rear spring i should try.  cant afford a new rear shock setup.  so i may try just replacing the rear spring. any info or suggestions on what spring would be great.  i weigh about 175 not suited and its stretched about 5" would like to go about 6.5"

I the stock spring is close you could put a spacer in to load the spring a bit more . I put 3/4" in mine , made a big difference .
