I don't think refinery proximity matters... there is a Chevron refinery about 50 miles from Lafayette and I pay $1.50 for 93.
-
about 1.65 for 92 & 3.65 for 100 at the local Union 76 but the prices change so fast I quit watching them.
-
I work within 1 mile of a Chevron refinery and there is a Chevron gas station next to the refinery that is charging higher prices than other stations further away.
-
Iam about 15 miles from a refinery doesnt make a diffrence either!
-
$1.47 in southeast Kansas for 87 octane. I can go 25 miles to Joplin, MO and get it for $1.34. Kansas insists on screwing us. (http://images/smiles/converted/bigfu.gif)
-
Damn!! You guys got cheap gas...
$1.69 for 87, $1.89 for 92
-
$1.26 in Dallas at a new Albertsons. Probably just a new store opening come-on.
-
Jynx-its your socialist state's politicians and lawmakers. Wi requires a 9.18% mandatory mark up on gas. SO if retailers cost is 1.20 they MUST sell for 1.31 or they get fined by the state. Same with milk, cheese and other products in the state. All I can say is..MOVE! (http://images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif)
