Guy was a Tiger Racing sponsored racer. I tech-ed him in Friday and he was in great spirits and couldn't wait to ride the Maxton Mile. He made a good clean pass of about 191 and went thru the traps without incident. Moments later the emergency horn rang and the crash crews were on the course. We know nothing more than he went off course just before long shutdown. Accident investigation is in progress and the family has arrived here at Maxton.
He went doing what really excited him in life, LSR. He attended Bonneville and made many friends with who ever he met. His excitement about LSR was infectious and you couldn't help but smile when you talked with him.
The entire Maxton and LSR family grieves at this loss and our prayers and condolences go out to his family and friends.
