Title: Early 2K instrument cluster

My instrument cluster 'freezes' at low speed frequently, and will not normalize until I kill power on the cluster.  I've tried all kinds of fixes and am pretty much convinced I need a new cluster.  I think the code in the processor is crapped.  Any idea where I can get a cluster for a '99 or early 2000 (220 mph).

Doing some more work.  Disconnected the speedo sensor, cluster maintains it's sanity.  I have a new speed sensor on order.  When testing it, it seemed a little quirky.  Let you know.  Don't think it's the cluster -- whew.
