Title: 02 Busa replaced the battery, now it wont start! Help!

I have an 02 Busa and the battery went dead so I replaced it and now the bike turns over fine but wont fire. I get an f1 code after cranking for a few seconds. The bike was running great before I changed the battery!. When I turn on the ignition I fear the fuel pump for a couple seconds like normal
Any thoughts?

Be sure you have ALL the battery connections (cables) reconnected, and then check your fuses, if all you did was switch batterys it has to be something related
