Title: Low speed miss
Post by: firemanjim on July 08, 2020, 03:31:29 PM
OK guys, took my street bike out after sitting for a couple of months, it has a miss under very light throttle, as soon as you give it more it clears up. Threw in new plugs, swapped coils, fresh gas, and balanced the throttle bodies. No vacuum lines off or broken, still does it. Any ideas?

How is the idle?

Perhaps an issue with the IAP sensor or TPS giving a bad reading at "tip in" of the throttle.

I built this and can flood it with about 4000cc/min of methanol per cylinder if I want. I'm pretty sure the "tip in" will be a little rough in it as well, but I dont give a damn  :FIREdevil:
