Title: Help id electrical connector
Post by: firemanjim on August 04, 2020, 01:43:18 PM
Question for you Busa folks. Got an early Busa dropped off to try and resurrect and it is sad. It must have been tucked away awhile as it is the first I have seen with the old non hydraulic cam chain tensioner( it has low compression like bent valves,LOL) and it has this white 4 pin connector I am not familiar with, and I can't seem to find the 3 pin connector for the map sensor. Help IDing this connector?

Without looking ... My first guess is the external fuel pump.

Not for the old style fuel pump, it seems ,looking at an early wiring diagram, the early 99 bikes had this connector and it split off to the IAP and IAT sensors.
