Update on backhalf. All tubing installed and welded, bottle brackets fabed and welded. Next I will machine front sprocket and outboard bearing support. Then rear sprocket spacer , peg mounts , shifter and rear brake set up. And build the wheelie bar for later :D

R/T are you running a slider,or are you integrating a slave cylinder into your bearing support?

I run the MTC gen 2 multi stage. The slave cylinder will on the bearing support. I will post more pictures as I make progress.

Here's a few more pieces to the puzzle. Latest parts I fabricated, air shifter bracket and shift arm , all of the bearing support parts except the 2 parts from the billet sprocket cover I already had. I decided to convert to a cable clutch. The mechanism is kaw kz.

That output shaft won't be going anywhere now,nice!!

I assume by the pics you are staying with the 530 chain?

Yes, 530 chain has as much tensile strength as 630 and a lot less weight and resistance.

My bike is finally finished :D Spent a long weekend dyno tuning with ECU editor last weekend. Thanks to everyone who helped create that system. :thumb: Kerry Drost, AKA Buzzard ,my super tuner and I were very happy with the results. Bike is ready for track testing this weekend :D Heres some pictures of the finished project
