top end problems

  :?  i need help asap, i have a 2003 Zx12, my bike runs fine under 7,000 rpm, when it reach 7,000 rpm it stumble, i have a power commander and full exhaust with a custom map the map still loaded, i unhook the power commander to see how it will run, it still  have the problem, the fuel pump was pressure check and it was ok, i always run at  least 91 octane gas, i use injector cleaner that still didn't help, need help bad  :cry:
