OK. Here it is took bike to Dyno-session with Walter Sprout over at ECS performace. National record holder cant go wrong there right. (runs in 7.0S over 200mph WOW!). Well motr appears to be about 5-7 HP of the base line for bone stock motor. Probably in accumulated runs and mileage(wear n tear).
I was very impressed with Walter's tuning using ECU Editor on reflashing my stock ECU works great. Reflash a little time consuming with load and down load squence, but all n all ok.The new numbers are, drum roll please.

Best run Saturday night at Speedworld Phoenix, AZ

Reaction           .1323                     By far the best outing I have had thus far with the bike, a little disillusioned about final numbers,
Feel like there is a 9 in the bike, maybe next time out. We have some work left too do as far as
seat time and feel for the bike. Will keep the board updated.

ok here are the Dyno numbers. As stated before numbers are 5-7 Hp lower than a baseline Bone stock motr.

I was quite impressed with Walter's ability to flat line the A/F for a smooth throttle. Down side too all this I see the "Money Pit" opening up for a larger displacement motor with maybe a KWS head. I guess we all are seeking that magic number as Walter is of 200MPH+

shorten your kill time and try a little more out the hole and you should see some progress

Just what i was thinking. backfiring due to too long kill. Launching at 5500k need to try 6500k readjust from there. Thanks for the input. Actually need to probably raise launch limit as high as I can go with out having problems .

I only watched the first vid, but if you aren't pinned and clutch out by 60 feet, with no bog, you are never gonna run fast.

I would ditch the two step and learn to ride it using the clutch.  Never seen anyone go fast using the two step and no lockup

Hand clutching not a problem, been there done that. Clutches get expensive for every outing. Lockups are good, funds willing. Two step allows me to focus on light. Bigger displacement, forced induction, add up to faster times also. But who knows maybe Ill retro back to handclutching. 1st Vid not a good indicator of progress of bike, alot of wheel spin. Rear shock (zx14 shock )setup on softest setting. bike would squat and shock the tire right off. My times are slow but seat time and repetition will help when funding allows bigger horsepower.

Negative. Timing retard on ARC II is 10 degrees that would kill me. No Walter Sprout took  2 degrees on my nitrous map when he tuned bike last week. Ive got a TPS issue I found out this morning (out of adjustment). and I need to reset dwell time in ECU Back to 100% rather than 120. These quirks could be as much as 10 HP collectivly. That would turn a 10 flat 9+ real easy. Remeber I am "fat slob" at 250lbs on a crotch rocket. Get back on the "Hydroxycut" lose 25-30 pds could gain .03 there. There lots a room for improvement. Thanks for the inpuit.

What are you running for fuel ? My stock motor 05 ran best on Shell 87 octane regular pump gas.

I weigh more than you (right now I am 262 in shorts)and am at a tad over 59", just under 60.  I sixty consistently in the mid-low 1.60's, have dipped into the 1.50's a few times.  I may go to the track and run 20 times in one night.  I go through a clutch MAYBE every two years.  And I do this almost every weekend.

Hand clutching will not wear out the clutch, riding it past the 60' mark will.

That last vid sounded like you were short shifting??  Because you hear when you legged it out before the finish?  What rpm are you shifting?

well using a two step u dont have to worry about riden the clutch past the 60' do you. To each his own I prefer a pro light over bracket and being situatated pro style on the line. If there was a grudge group out here on bikes that wanted to heads up and put ther money where thir mouth is maybe retroing back to highschool dragracing would interest me. Havnt seen it out west here maybe i should move out where your at and change your attitude. Who knows maybe im sandbagging and waiten for easy mark. Always some one out there quick to run there mouth.

I have got alot of mods that went on at one time so ironing out the bugs has been what i am trying to do with the Board input and feedback, sometimes  riden u dont hear or see certain issues like someone watching. I have  10,800 shift chip in my MPS box, and wired in a Dynatek CDI box which has compatability issues so the short shifting I beleive was because of that. Watch the 2nd vid better feed for where the bike is now.

seems you're mph is coming up but not sure why your mid track is so bad.  with that sixty coming down like that.  you should easily be in the nines.  i was 267 in my boxers last year and runnin consistent 139 with one pass of 140.44 on motor.  i had several 9.9? with that mph and 1.61-62 sixties.  i say your kill is too high and maybe you could even drop your shift to 10,600 or so

and where are you at?  just so happens i have room in my trailer and can pick ludi up for the road trip

so, now the question begs.  do you need our help or are you sandbagging?  and as far as i know there are "grudge" races at every track.
