Nope......I have a prior engagement that weekend. I think I'm done for the season.

OK.....Time for an update!

This season I move up to the Mirock 4.60 class. The first race at Rockingham was rained out but I did manage to qualify with a 4.78, a new personal best for me. That was not good enough so I took the bike home and made some changes. I took the an amazing 36lbs off the bike. No more cooling system (15lbs+water) and no more heavy batteries (21lbs). I used DME block off plates and two 24 cell Earthx batteries. Yeah I know its a bit overkill on the cells but they only weigh 2.5lbs each. I rather have more than I need.  The cranking power is night and day compared to my old Fast By Gast batteries. Yes there was nothing wrong with the Fast by Gast batteries except the weight 10.5 lbs each.

With 36lbs off the bike and 10lbs off of me I should be right at 4.60! I'll post results after the race.
