anti freeze problem

no.4 hole getting steamed.pulled motr down twice in the last 2weeks.pessure tested both  barrell & head twice. had head&barrel  decked 2 thou.new gaskets.stock motor, brock side winder,air box mod.exhaust valves&plug stone white.combustion chamber also very clean.this thing is starting to stress my ass out.maybe some one out there can help me out. thanks mitch

thats exactly what i thought.pulled motor doun twice. first pressure testwas 40 psi,second was 50psi.sat  on test bench for 2hours,needle never budged.

A couple of things you might try.

Use a dye penetrant inside the combustion chamber and ports.

Also when pressure testing use a oven or rose bud to heat the castings up to operating temp, had to do this on a honda civic head a few years back to find a crack in an intake port.

thanks,i.ll  give that a go.want to put this to rest    .i got a line on another head,but would like to find issue with this one.

My buddy had the same problem. Turned out he had a crack by the intake valve..
