Gen And Gen 2 Brake Master cylinders are they the same

Are they the same and , looking a some gen 2 Brake masters for my gen 1 , Master on my bike seem weak no leaks but it takes a good pull in hard to get it to slow down

I was told they are the same. I have a 99 model and put on a Gen 2 master cylinder. Works the same so far.

Gen 2s are radial.
RCC turbos rock!!! Rcc- Ultra plenum, case saver, Carillo rods, Wossner pistons, APE springs/tool steel shift shafts, Ferrara valves, ARP studs, lightened and balanced crank, Boostbysmith ecu editor, AMS 1000 with CO2, 475 hp. Mac arm 0-6 over, BST carbon fiber rims. Someday I'm goin' fast!

Gen 2s are radial.

I think you're confusing calipers and masters.
The calipers are radial. The master cylinders are not.

Yea looking at them they look the same , I picked one up off Ebay for $40 shipped from a 2010 busa

They are different.

Gen1 has 15.854mm master cylinder diameter, gen2 has 13.984mm.
