Gen I Busa cranking but won't kick over. Replaced the battery. Clutch switch good and so is the kick stand switch. Read code off ecu and gauge says C00. Out of ideas

Just a TRE...tried starting my bike without it. But not sure if there was something I need to do once I disconnected it.

no just remove it and plug the original connectors together again ,
is the tach moving as you crank

Lets start with the basics... establish that you have spark and fuel, one of those is missing. I think compression should be a given, you did not mention any difference in cranking. Just because you hear the pump run does not ensure you have fuel and pressure.

I pulled every plug one at a time to check for spark. Each one was wet and I got spit at every time I cranked. The crank was steady. No change in sound, doesn't even try to fire. How else can I test for fuel?

ok tach and spark and COO confirm the electrics are least likely cause,
throw a few cc, like a coke bottle lid full of fuel in each throttlebody then crank and see if it trys to fire
i would guess like Stainless , you have a fuel pressure problem

Do you hear the fuel pump running when you turn the key on? It should run for about a second or two and then shut off it you don't crank the engine.

you never did say if you had spark or not? make sure you use the plugs that are in the bike as they may be the suspect also

Nothing. It just cranks and cranks. I once tried to push start it and it just wound down. Even tried to give it gas and there was no change. I wish it would back fire.

compression is easy, hold your hand over the hole in the cover, if it blows off you have enough. Check all of them.
Did you pour a little gas in the TB yet
it only takes gas, spark and compression

The spark side pushes up pretty good, and the TB side sucks hard. I will try to put fuel down the TB and see.

Check the wire for the anti theft up near the ignition switch. Mine had a broken wire and wouldn't run but would spark.

I just went through my wires and didn't find anything. I did notice that my RPMs are not moving during me trying to start the bike. What does that mean?

Bike is running. Gave up and took bike to shop. Guy readjusted my throttle and replaced my air inlet sensor. I do have a rattling sound in the head. Let you know how that goes. Thanks guys for your help.
