Stock fan doesn't fit after turbo install

I thought my build was done.... Long story short, its a velocity stage 2, forks are internally lowered as well as a lowering top tree, the builder said he couldn't fit the stock fan

Move the stock fan to the right side.

I asked him to do that after talking to frank at powerhouse, and he said the wastegate is in the way, I'm going there today , I just can't believe something can't be done, like I said before the only difference between the bike now and the bike in the avitar is the bigger turbo, the same charge pipes were even used, and the stock fan fit fine.
