EBR 1190RX??
« on: August 04, 2014, 07:23:33 PM »
Just seen an EBR 1190RX at a local dealership, didn't even know he was making bikes again??  Erik Buell is back with the 1st American made production v-twin superbike. Looks pretty cool, definitely has that Buell touch to it however it's not as hideous as some of his previous bikes!! I sat on 1 and the ergo's on it were pretty nice.

Said it puts out around 185HP stock and rivals that of the Ducati Panigale..... Seen a couple youtube vids and the feedback on it has been pretty good. has anybody on here taken 1 for a test ride??

I owned an 07 Buell XB12S for a while but it doesn't compare to the new bikes.
The Buell handles !! The newer version is more of the same but with real power.
I wouldnt mind ragging a demo bike round for a while  :tu:

The old Buell had a totally different riding style to any multi-cylinder bike.
You just keep the Buell in top gear with the throttle wide open and don't slow down for bends.
The new un with 185bhp on tap will be sick !
I have no more sh*ts to give.
