Seeing your thread for the first time reminded me of this bike built a guy named Lee in UK.
I've seen the bike for myself it was at quite a few bike shows.

Yes, i seen Lee proect before, perfect bike, i just don't have enough money to build such good bike as Lee did, i am just lathe operator, money is a big problem.
