Oil cooled gsxr build

Hi all, here some pictures of my build, sorry for quality, i use my phone to take pictures, sorry for bad english too... I start with MTC big block, old sleeves going to trash bin, i make new sleeves, and block been bored.

MTC pistons, lightened, and circlip grooves added.


Cutting large pockets, for a bigger valves.

I make new bigger seats, to suit APE stainless valves.

Seats installed, i replace guides too, (APE bronze guides)

I make titanium retainers

New camchain, and APE valve springs.

I found crankcase bearing holes egg-shaped, and need to be align bored.

Both halves been milled, bolted together with APE studs, and align bored to all holes, main bearing and transmission bearing holes.


Crankshaft balanced, polished, Carrillo rods fitted.

This is a street bike, unfortunately i don't have dyno anywhere in my town...

Aprilia RSV1000 fork, russian made forged wheels, ducati brake calipers and strange brake discs with central parts made of carbon fibre material. Titanium spindle, bolts and nuts

Swingarm been braced using upper part taken from R1 swingarm, not best welds in the world, but cost me nothing.
