busablue99:
hello sometimes when I ride my motorbike it turns off, when I try to start it again it doesn't want to go right away I have to wait a while it's never the same it can vary from 15 min to 1:30 I change the gas pump that I dreaded but he remakes it to me today, when I return home in trailer I unload him and he works I tried another ecu too and same thing would you have ideas please because the mechanics tell me that I should bring them when it does not start but it always restarts after a while .......
turbojonn:
Oils be as simple as a kickstand switch, tip over switch or the run/ kill switch.
RansomT:
The 99s are nortorious for the fuel pump over heating when they get older. If it has never been changed out, that's where I would start. Aftermarket external pumps are not that expensive at all, OEM pumps cost a LOT of $$$.
TT:
check the charging system output too stator plugs melt
firemanjim:
And there fuel hoses are notorious for collapsing when they are old. New ones were cheap at the dealer for my last 99.
