front wheel alighnment

I replaced my front tire and when removing the front wheelI loosened the axle holder bolts on the left fork like the manual tells you not to do. now my brakes drag. does anyone know the correct procedure for installing and alighning the front wheel and axle
alcohol is the cause and solution to all my problem,s

Don't know the proper precedure but there are places that have the computrac machine to align your front end for you.  It's all done on computer to they get it right the first time.  I plan on taking my bike there soon cause my front end got out of whack in an accident.  I was able to straighten it pretty close myself but it isn't perfect.  I have also been told that it is a trial and error thing if you do it yourself.  Hope this helps.
