Salvage Title 2002 Honda Shadow Sabre 1100.
I bought it for my father-in-law who will be watching my son pretty much full time when my wife goes back to work (when Christopher is 8 weeks old). He wants a bike, but doesn't want to spend the $$$ right now, I know he won't take money for grandpa day care, so hopefully he likes it.
My boss's wife was hit by another bike at low speed. It broke the shifter assembly off, bent the mounting bosses for it, broke the left mirror, and put a very small scuff on the fender. They totaled the bike due to the bent bosses on the frame, I have them mostly straightened now.
Bike has 4800 miles on it, $3K is what I got it for, should have it running for $3250 or so. Rode it home, used vice grips as a jockey shift and used the left rear foot peg.
