HELP i need step by step instructions on how to post pics

i have uploaded some pics at photobucket.com  i just need help to get them from there to here.

Go to Your pb account there will be three boxes under the pic..right click the bottom box to SAVE come on here start a post/reply to a post and right click to PASTE..Thats it!.....easy sleezy

Just make sure You Go go a few lines down to paste from what You wrote..

wheni right click it just says paste, delete or select all ????????

IT SHOULD SAY COPY..RIGHT CLICK RIGHT ON THE BOX/LETTERING IN THE BOX..
