PCII reset ?

When adjusting your pc map.When it says "reseting buttons" If I had it say 1 bar lean up top ,does it leave it lean and reset the buttons or does it return it back to say zero?

when uploading a new map - all buttons are reset to zero.

I have surgery tommorow on the finger so I won't be riding any time soon.I just pulled off my swingarm so i can get it ploished while I get repaired.By the time I'm ready the bike should finally be done.    Hopefully we'll meet up soon.

So if I had it a bar lean on the PC then changed the ignition map and it said reseting buttons then it goes back to zero bars.Correct?It doesn't stay lean and the bar at zero.(now I'm really confused)    (do I?)
